Have you ever wondered how a shoe is actually made? What is involved in the shoemaking process from preparing the leather right up to when you try them on? How are the pieces joined and assembled by hand?
This video that we have prepared has all the ins and outs about how a shoe is made at Pikolinos. As you can see for yourselves, it is a long process that involves a lot of people and it makes us extremely proud to be able to say that we still have artisans practicing their trades; the cutters, makers and fitters and those that sew the shoe uppers all together, traditionally this was a job for women.
In each of these stages, the shoes are in the dedicated hands of experts and the result is a shoe that conveys all the care, devotion and art that goes in to creating them.

Sorry for the huge review, but I’m really loving the new Zune, and hope this, as well as the excellent reviews some other people have written, will help you decide if it’s the right choice for you.
I just bought my first pair of Pikolinos and wanted to find out more about the company. This was a great informational video–short, but very well done. I feel good about my purchase and I’m looking forward to wearing my new boots!
