Every summer we eagerly plan our holiday and strive to enjoy it to the full and make the most of every second of our well-deserved break.

From Pikolinos, staying true to our philosophy, we encourage you to live your summer in a special way and to experience a “Naturally Good Summer”.

To that end we offer you a few easy tips that help you along this road:

  • Whenever possible, ditch your car and travel by bicycle, on skates or on foot—it’s healthier and you’ll enjoy the landscape.
  • If you have the opportunity, plant a tree. We mustn’t forget that trees are the lungs of our planet—so do your bit and give the planet a breath of fresh air!
  • Increase the temperature of your air conditioning. Just a 1-degree higher setting could mean significant energy savings and you won’t notice the difference.
  • Plan your activities so as to save petrol, money and time.
  • Turn off the lights during daytime, pull up the blinds and let the bright sun in.
  • If you’re going to enjoy a lunch out on the beach, in the countryside or in the mountain, take a bag to collect the remains of your picnic.
  • Since batteries heavily harm the environment, use the rechargeable ones because they are less polluting.
  • Eat seasonal fruit as they are healthier and the impact of their cultivation on the environment is lower.
  • Encourage your family and friends to embrace your green initiatives.
